All quotes, lead times, and manufacturing specifications are estimates and are subject to final engineering review and material availability.

3. Intellectual Property

Client drawings, moulds, and proprietary designs remain the property of the client. Tech Plastics retains ownership of our internal manufacturing processes and general tooling techniques.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tech Plastics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
