Gravity-Assisted Precision Integration
When a part has complex inserts that might shift during production, we use vertical injection moulding machines. Because the mould opens vertically, gravity holds the inserts securely in place before the machine closes.
This makes it much safer and easier for our operators to load delicate or multi-piece inserts without them falling out of position or causing defects.
